Located in Wheeling's Victorian Old Town, a national historic district, the Eckhart House is a reminder of the prosperity that the city once experienced. Some of the house's greatest features include hand painted florals on the walls and ceilings, classic Queen Anne windows and intricate fretwork. Tours are offered on Saturday and Sunday at 1pm. Luncheons, dinners and other special arrangements can be made.
